Terms

Last updated: 17 May 2026

These terms are written in plain English. By using Unstuck, you agree to these terms. They may change as Unstuck changes, and we will update the date on this page when that happens.

Who may use Unstuck

Unstuck is for parents and carers who are organising school notices, child profiles, reminders, leave, and related planning. If you are using it for a child, you confirm that you are their parent, carer, or authorised adult, or that you have permission to handle that information.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must keep your account information reasonably accurate.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
  • Tell us quickly if you think someone has used your account without permission.

AI and decoder limits

Unstuck uses AI to help turn school notices into clearer drafts. The output can be useful, but it can also be wrong, incomplete, or miss context. You must check dates, times, locations, amounts, forms, and actions before relying on anything the decoder produces.

Unstuck is a support tool, not a substitute for your own judgment or the original school notice. If there is a conflict, the original notice and your own checking come first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Unstuck for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive
  • upload content you do not have the right or permission to use
  • try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service
  • use the service to harass others or share information you should not share
  • copy or scrape the service in a way that puts other users or the product at risk

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Some features are offered through paid subscriptions. During beta, Supporter access gives heavier-use limits and family-planning tools, but those limits may still be capped to keep the service reliable. Prices, trial periods, and plan details are shown in the product at the time you sign up. You can cancel future renewal when the product or payment provider allows it. Access usually continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under Australian Consumer Law and any rules set by the payment provider or app store used for the purchase. Nothing in these terms is meant to exclude consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Referrals and promotions

We may offer referral codes, discounts, credits, or other promotions from time to time. They can change, be limited, or end without notice if we need to prevent abuse or keep the product fair. Referral rewards are only valid while the offer is active and must be used in line with the rules shown for that offer.

Privacy

Your use of Unstuck is also covered by our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who may process it for us. Please read it alongside these terms.

Service changes and suspension

We may change features, pricing, or availability over time. We may also pause or suspend access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, a legal issue, or a serious breach of these terms.
